Thai Yoga Massage

*Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient form of bodywork that combines dynamic assisted stretching, along with targeted pressure applied to the muscles by a trained massage therapist. Thai massage is typically a full-body treatment (though it can be tailored to the individual client) lasting 90 to 120 minutes. Thai massage is performed on a padded mat on the floor and the client remains fully dressed, preferably in comfortable clothing that permits free movement of the limbs. Using a sequence of gentle, flowing exercise movements, the client’s body is carefully manipulated into deeply relaxing stretches and positions in order to increase muscle flexibility and joint range of motion. Thai massage is as energizing as it is relaxing, and is perfect for athletes, desk-bound workers, or anyone who could use more movement and stretching in their lives.

The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage include:

• Relief from pain and muscle tension

• Increased flexibility and range of motion

• Deep relaxation and stress relief

• Increased energy levels

• Improved circulation and lymphatic flow

**Thai Yoga Massage is not recommended during pregnancy, or for those with osteoporosis or cancer.
